- Resilience Properties Ltd on their £2.5m development in South London, helping them to structure their not for profit community interest company Paidaia care
- Soho Community Hall association in Birmingham helping them to structure their management and finance their offer to their local community.
- Greater Manchester Community led housing hub (gmclh.org), advising a Women’s group in Oldham.
Apprenticeships
From March 2023 in collaboration with specialist and small employers, OLDP will be offering apprenticeships.
