  • Resilience Properties Ltd on their £2.5m development in South London, helping them to structure their not for profit community interest company Paidaia care
  • Soho Community Hall association in Birmingham helping them to structure their management and finance their offer to their local community.
  • Greater Manchester Community led housing hub (gmclh.org), advising a Women’s group in Oldham.

Apprenticeships

From March 2023 in collaboration with specialist and small employers, OLDP will be offering apprenticeships.

Our partners and associates are self-employed stakeholders in the partnership delivering on services best done as a collaboration of expertise.


We are approved Apprenticeship training providers, our aims are to specialise in working with employers to support Women and Girls in the Built Environment and STEM industries where they are underrepresented.
